As a martial artist for over 30 years and with my own martial arts school I have taught a variety of groups self protection.  School age children groups, employees for your workplace, families, college age kids, bachelor/bachelorette parties and even at retirement homes.

When experiencing a violent encounter whether in the street, at home, or at work, what matters is how prepared you are to manage your fear and take action.

PDR tm is not a martial arts or a combat sports- It’s about preparing you for violent encounters through scenario training.

PDR tm addresses what happens before an incident:

Teaching you how to detect, defuse and defend.

DETECT: Learning to develop situational awareness

DEFUSE: Learning how to use both body language and verbal language to defuse any situation.

DEFEND: Using simple, natural Instinctive movements, not complex skills to defend yourself.

 

P.D.R. Self Defense

Personal Defense ReadinessTM is a state of the art personal protection and life enhancing system. It is one of the most comprehensive conflict management programs in the world.

Developed by world-renowned expert Tony Blauer, it is a comprehensive behaviorally based system.

PDRTM has provided me and my martial arts schools staff with a powerful tool to address not only physical protection but also the more common emotional & psychological attacks we and our children face. The skills taught allow our students to peacefully detect, defuse, and resolve most everyday conflicts.

• 2-4 students is $60 per person 
• 5-8 =  $50 per person
• 9-12 = $40 per person
